- Bedrooms: Three well-proportioned bedrooms with practical storage. The layout accommodates a master double and two single rooms, or flexible arrangements with built-in wardrobes where required.
- Lounge: A spacious, light-filled lounge provides comfortable seating and space for dining. Large windows bring the outdoors in and create a sociable living area.
- Kitchen: A fully fitted gloss-white kitchen supplied as standard, complete with integrated appliances (hob, oven, extractor, fridge/freezer and dishwasher). Worktops and storage are designed for everyday convenience and entertaining.
- Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms finished to a practical specification. Shower rooms feature contemporary fittings and water-saving fixtures. An en suite to the main bedroom can be provided if required.
Construction and insulation
- Supplied as prefabricated sections (two units for the standard 40ft x 20ft model) for rapid installation. Factory-built components ensure consistent quality and reduced on-site time.
- Frame package includes insulated floor panels, external insulated wall panels and insulated roof panels, all constructed with C24 timber elements, structural lintels, internal walls and mechanical fixings. High-performance insulation provides year‑round thermal comfort and helps reduce running costs.
- External finish: standard WPC cladding for durability and low maintenance. Roof finish and external trim are supplied to a weatherproof specification.
Doors, windows and heating
- High-quality uPVC doors and windows deliver good thermal performance and security.
- Gas central heating is included as standard in the full-build option, with radiators and sensible zoning for efficient heating. Alternative heating options can be discussed depending on site services and customer preference.
Factory and on-site services
- Supplied as two factory-fitted units and combined on site (factory joining option available). This reduces site time and improves finish quality.
- On-site fitting is available; crane hire is charged separately and depends on postcode and site access. Installation drawings and structural calculation drawings are provided with the frame package.
